Miloso Training Centre
Miloso Training Centre is located in the rural area outside of Mkushi. Several training programs are provided at this centre. There are vocational training programs like carpenter or tailor. But there is also training provided in the area of budgeting, agriculture and church growth. There is also a primary and secondary school present at the centre. Miloso Training Centre is located at a one hour drive outside Mkushi and is completely self sufficient and is led by Zambians.

Mutende is involved in the activities of the training centre for a long time. At the moment Mutende supports the Seed for Feed project. In the past Mutende supported several projects among which are setting up a sewing workshop and a widows and orphans fund. This fund supports single parents and makes sure orphans are taken care of. All these activities are also supported by training for the parents. This increases the effectiveness of the aid drastically. The people who received training are not dependent on aid anymore after a relatively short period and they can sustain their own livelihood.
